The MOQ to receive your mock-up credit back via a discount code is 10 Adult HTV transfers, 6 sheets of temporary tattoos or a fundraiser pack for vinyl stickers.

  • This is for the mockup ONLY. No transfers will be made and just one request per design is needed.
  • Mockup turn around time at this time is 5-7 business days.

FREE SHIPPING IS ONLY VALID TOWARDS A MINIMUM OF $100 IN TRANSFERS TO BE SHIPPED. IF YOU ADD A MOCKUP REQUEST TO YOUR ORDER MAKE SURE YOU HAVE $100 IN TRANSFERS TO BE SHIPPED. IF NOT YOUR DISCOUNT CODE WILL BE FORFEITED TO THE SHIPPING COST OF THE TRANSFERS. 

  • If the mockup request is submitted incorrectly, submitted for a design we do not/can not offer, or a mock-up is requested for a readily available design, the mockup request will be canceled and the mockup fee will be given back to you via a discount code for it to be resubmitted correctly less a $5 processing fee.
  • NO REFUNDS in the form of original payment will be given for incorrect submission of a mockup request.

You have 60 days from the time your mockup order is delivered to you via email to claim your mockup discount code for meeting the minimum requirement.

How It Works:

  1. Place your custom request using this mockup form. Please answer all questions regarding the mockup design requested.
  2. Make sure if you choose a design that requires a mascot image that you upload a high-quality PNG file with a transparent background, an SVG file, a vector file, or CDR file. If we do not have this information your mockup turn around time will be put on hold.
  3. Wait up to 5-7 business days for your mockup. Your mockup will be delivered via the email address provided on your mockup design request. You will receive a mock-up, a JPG image of your design on a t-shirt, and a link to order your transfers.
  4. Approve your design by ordering your transfers or request a design adjustment to the design mockup ordered. One free design adjustment is included in your mockup fee after receiving the initial design. Additional revision changes will incur a $5 fee per change. When a change is requested, the design will go back in our cue and will have an additional 5-7 business day turnaround time. 
  5. Order your desired number of transfers. Please remember a MOQ of 10 Adult HTV transfers is required to receive credit back via discount code for your $10 mockup fee. You must purchase 10 adult HTV transfers per mockup design on your first order. Orders cannot be split. For example: with one-on-one order and 9 on another order. The MOQ (minimum order quantity) for vinyl stickers is one of our fundraiser decal packs. The MOQ for temporary tattoos is 6 sheets of tattoos.
  6. Email/Message us to let us know your order has been placed with the mockup order and order number. We will review your purchase. If the purchase meets the required minimum, you will receive a one-time discount code of $10, per mock-up request, to be used on anything on our website. It is your responsibility to contact us to review your order.
  7. Mockups are a design created and sent to you as a computer-generated image, not an actual print. Colors will never match exactly from a computer image and an actual printed transfer. 
  • Information Needed:
    1. Name of Design - Choose a design name from our website. Example: Small Town Vibes or Swash. If you do not see what you are looking for, choose ‘Other’.
    2. Mascot - If you would like a specific mascot, we will need a high-resolution, true PNG file with transparent background or SVG file. You can typically request this from your local school office. Please email these to us at rusticgraceco@gmail.com
    3. Colors For The Design
    4. Mock-Up T-Shirt Color - Please remember that this is the t-shirt color that you want your design to be displayed on for you to use to gauge interest from your customers. Revisions of your mock-up t-shirt color are a non-refundable $5 each. You are not purchasing a t-shirt.

    Due to the high volume of custom requests, mock-ups are REQUIRED for any customization not readily available on our website prior to ordering transfers. This ensures that the company and the customer are in agreement on design specifics and that the product received is the specific product requested. The mock-up request and associated fee are compensation for our time to design this specific request for you and provide you with an image you can use to gauge interest from your customers. The associated $10 fee is refunded back to you after your MOQ purchase has been made via discount code toward your next order. The mock-up fee does not include rights or exclusivity to a specific design file. 

    Mock Up requests will remain on the website for a minimum of 3 months and may be subsequently removed for storage and quality reasons. At that time, they will need to be re-requested.
